Yes! CAORM is designed to address the needs of internal, external and regulatory compliances. All compliances can be set or automated via a workflow that you can setup as per your need.
Yes! Carom can fetch notifications or you can insert notifications & guidelines into the system. They are parsed by our AI/ML engine to create time bound tasks. These tasks can then be assigned by central teams to various departments, users or regional offices as per the preference. The same is true also for Internal notifications and guidelines. This eases and reduces the management of compliance tasks and also provides for a central repository that can be searched and progress tracked.
Both! CAORM is agnostic to hosting (on-prem or on cloud) but it is always implemented on organisation’s infrastructure. i.e. if a bank or an insurance company has their own data centre or cloud account, we will host the platform there. By default we are se are not a SaaS company as compliance data is a private asset of an organisation – we are very security conscious and respect this sincerely.
It Depends! Workflows, user management, etc are completely customisable and in face a person with little IT know how can do it on their own. But platform customisations can only be done by CAORM team to ensure stability and security of the system. We continuously update our systems adding new features and functions based on customer requests. If any organisation wants something specific catered to their needs that is not part of the platform, our team can quote the efforts for customisation.

Yes! CAORM’s strength is in providing layered workflows and they can very easily be configured by you. There are no limits to the departments and their users associations, as we understand that each organization may have different hierarchy and thus the system was designed to be flexible from day one.
Absolutely NOT! The system once licensed supports unlimited addition of departments, users and workflows. Although please note that such items are dependent on the underlying capacity of hardware/systems/infra of your organization.
Yes but It depends! If your organization prefers to run two (or more) parallel systems, they certainly can be setup accordingly but it will require additional license. Do note however that we each instance is separately managed and maintained and data repositories will be separate for each.
